1. Service scope

NutriTrack provides nutrition tracking tools, analytics, and AI-assisted features according to the selected plan.

Access may be free, trial-based, or paid depending on the current product configuration.

2. Account responsibility

Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.

Any suspected account compromise should be reported to support immediately.

3. Plans and payments

Current prices, periods, and plan composition are shown in the billing cabinet at checkout time.

Service delivery starts when paid access is granted for the selected period.

The service provides access only for fixed paid periods available for purchase at the time of checkout. Prepayment beyond the provider-defined access limit is not allowed.

If the service is discontinued at the provider's initiative, the user will be refunded for the unused paid period proportionally to the time during which the service was not provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Digital service delivery

After successful payment, access is granted automatically for the selected period in the user account.

Current status, access expiration, and payment history are visible in the billing cabinet. In case of a technical issue, support can verify and apply access manually.

5. Fiscal receipts and documents

Fiscal receipts are issued in accordance with applicable law and payment provider rules.

Electronic receipts and payment confirmations are sent using checkout contact details or are available via the payment provider.

6. Restrictions

• no unauthorized access attempts or bypassing technical controls;
• no unlawful use of the service;
• no distribution or copying of service components in violation of IP rights.

7. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain stability and availability.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or outages caused by third-party infrastructure failures.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and related legal documents. The latest version is always published on the website.

Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
